Prism Logistics was issued and has already utilized their Exploratory License in each qtr/qtr section of SEC.1/2-T32-R80W and SEC.36/35/34-T32-R80W.  This amounts to thousands of acres of leased land that expands across the foothills at the base of Casper Mountain.
